REZONED PARCELS OF LAND

In addition to Residential properties, at Green Acres we specialise in Englobo property sales. Englobo means that a parcel of land has been rezoned (often this is to allow for more housing – i.e. houses or apartments, or what’s often called medium and low density housing).
