At Green Acres Realty we specialise in two types of property transactions, one of them is Residential. This is the most common type of real estate in Australia. The four main methods that homes are sold in Australia are Private Treaty, Auction, Expression of Interest or Tender.

At Green Acres we appreciate that selling your home is a grand moment. For most, it’s the single biggest transaction you’ll experience in your lifetime. However, you’re not just selling a house, you’re selling your home AND your home happens to be someone else’s dream. Not working for one of the larger real estate agencies is a choice. I had that opportunity, and it was short-lived because I couldn’t be authentic. Green Acres Realty is my opportunity to push the boundaries of the vendor and purchaser experience and build a brand in the North West that residents are proud to say is their local agent.

I’m a tenacious, nonconformist, tech savvy agent with experience in sales of $1.5M to $20M englobo land parcels and a personal investment property portfolio. I know property and I appreciate both the legacy and aspirational future that a property can bring to one’s life.

I’ve spent six years in Sydney’s South West growth sector, but it’s time to bring my skills and experience to my local area of North West.

REZONED PARCELS OF LAND

ENGLOBO

In addition to Residential properties, at Green Acres we specialise in Englobo property sales. Englobo means that a parcel of land has been rezoned (often this is to allow for more housing – i.e. houses or apartments, or what’s often called medium and low density housing). These transactions are often large in scale in terms of complexity and sale price and they require an agent who specialises in these types of transactions and who understands the many nuances involved in the sale process.
